Walter Tripodi, who has more than 30 years of experience in the catering sector behind him, offers all his expertise and mastery.
Alina Pinelli, sommelier of AIS (Italian wine Association) also sommelier of extra virgin olive oil, with a master's degree on Nutrition in Rome has been dedicating herself to the cooking school for about 10 years. Private or group cooking classes are available. vegetarian, gluten free and for children.
